HR Katalyst 6 is Keka's flagship virtual conference for HR leaders. This year it runs as two editions under one campaign: a Middle East edition on 21 July 2026 (10:00 AM GST) and an India edition on 23 July 2026 (10:00 AM IST). Both are 100% virtual and 100% free.

One code, always. It works for both editions. We give you two ready-to-share links (one per event page) so you can point each person to the edition that fits them, but the code — and your score — is unified.

No — there is one combined leaderboard. A Middle East signup and an India signup both add the same +1 to your score. We show a small per-edition breakdown on your dashboard for context, but ranking and prizes are unified.

Top 3 referrers on the combined leaderboard take home premium tech. Hit 10 referrals for a guaranteed Keka merch pack, 25 for a premium bundle, and 50 to unlock the elite tier. Every milestone is guaranteed once you cross it.

The leaderboard locks at the start of the India edition on 23 July 2026. Anything that registers before that counts. Final rankings are announced live during the events and confirmed by email afterwards.

Registrations count towards your score immediately. To claim a prize, you must yourself attend at least one of the two editions live. We also filter out duplicate, invalid or suspicious registrations before final prizes are awarded.

HR and people leaders — CHROs, HR heads, HRBPs, talent and L&D leaders. Anyone you'd genuinely recommend the sessions to. Please don't mass-share with people who wouldn't actually attend; it hurts the leaderboard and the experience.

Registration happens on the official Keka event pages — Middle East at keka.com/hr-katalyst-gcc-edition and India at keka.com/hr-katalyst-summer-edition. Your referral code is attached to the link automatically, so we know the signup came from you.

Winners are announced live during HR Katalyst 6 and the Keka team reaches out by email within 3–5 business days of the India edition to arrange prize delivery.

Every share link you copy already has your unique referral code embedded as utm_campaign, and the channel you shared on as utm_source. When someone registers on the Keka event page through that link, Airmeet sends us the registration and we attribute it to your code automatically — nothing for you to do.

A referral is valid if: (1) they register using your unique link, (2) they use a work email and a real name, and (3) they are a new registration (not already on the event list). Referrals do not have to attend the event themselves — only you, the referrer, must attend to qualify for rewards.

Common reasons: personal/disposable email instead of a work email, fake or obviously placeholder names, duplicate registrations (same person already signed up), or signups that look automated. Invalid referrals silently drop off your score before final prizes are awarded.

Yes. You must attend at least one of the two editions live to claim any prize — milestone merch or top-3 tech. Your referrals do not need to attend; they just need to register.

You stay on the public leaderboard, but you forfeit the prize. The next eligible referrer in rank order moves up to claim it.

Guaranteed milestone merch and top-3 prizes are dispatched within 3–4 weeks of the India edition (23 July 2026), after we've cleaned the leaderboard for invalid referrals and confirmed shipping details by email.

Ties are broken by who reached that score first — the earlier you got there, the higher you rank. This is calculated automatically from registration timestamps.

Yes — LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp groups, Slack communities, newsletters are all fine. Just make sure it actually reaches HR leaders. Mass-blasting to irrelevant audiences usually produces invalid signups that don't count anyway.

Email referrals@keka.com with your referral code and the name/email of the registration. We'll re-review and, if it was a mistake, add the point back before final rankings lock.

No — we protect each registrant's privacy. You see your total count and a per-edition breakdown on your dashboard, but never individual names or emails of people who signed up through you.

Nothing. The conference is free for attendees, the referral program is free to join, and prizes are shipped to winners at no cost.
